Fisher of the Nile
The mask of human
personality
was fitted to the face of
the Beast.
The fisher of the Nile
fishes up the old dark orb
with the crescent of its
beak;
the Lady of Light,
whose name is written with an
arrow,
returns the liquor she stole
from the sun.
Her endless renewals,
the periodic repetition,
is one way
to remain immortal.
